(More customer reviews)Installation of the cold air intake on our 2009 Ford Expedition went pretty well and removing the factory intake left the engine compartment looking clean and well organized.The parts forming the box itself were hard to join tightly together, leaving a slight gap which is ultimately hidden by the filter and doesn't seem to affect performance.However, it would've been nice if the dimension were a little more precise to close the gap.This addition did a lot to wake up the 5.4L engine with some noticeable HP increase and appears to provide approx. 1-2 mpg gallon more as long as you travel at about 62 mph.My wife called me the first time she drove it and asked what I did to the truck to make it sound like a hot rod.The first time she put her foot in it she looked around to see if there was a performance car passing her.
